We are looking for a dynamic, growth-focused Otolaryngology leader of excellent clinical experience, proven academic interest, and great vision and creativity. The successful candidate will combine patient care, teaching of medical students and residents, and faculty development in the setting of a dynamic, academic multi-specialty group practice providing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care for adults and children. There are few positions in the country that can boast such wonderful potential.
The position requires an academic appointment at VTCSOM.
Other requirements include:
- MD/DO, Board Certification in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery
- At least 5 years of progressive otolaryngology leadership in an academic setting with an academic rank of at least Associate Professor
- Evidence of strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Physician leadership experience with emphasis on team-building; development of integrated collaborative models of care, education, and research; and managing people and programs.
- Experience with graduate medical education is preferred
