ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
- Permit application processing, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning & routing documents, payment requests, etc.
- Maintaining project records, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning, and upload to the company database
- Preparing and presenting periodic project status updates to customers (written and/or oral)
- Coordinating site access with customers
- Reviewing contractor deliverables, such as drawings, maps, photos, and test results
- Vendor invoice processing and updating capital budget records
- Preparing project close-out packages for customers
- Limited travel +/-10%
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ work experience in a project management or coordinator role
- Strong technical educational and work background
- Experience interfacing with local permitting entities, engineering/construction companies preferred
- BS degree in engineering, GIS, mathematics or business management preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Professional demeanor and ease of interfacing with customers, suppliers, and local governmental entities
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Excel, Google Maps, Google Earth
