- Technology – M/F, ODBA, SQL DBA, M/F DBA, App Support, Incident Management, etc
- Mandatory: OSI PI [PI vision, PI Web API and PI AF]
- Good understanding of OSI PI application and support experience required.
- Experience working with different PI OPC interface, PI Vision, AF and other connector
- Fair understanding of different business processes within MES Landscape

Job Description:
- Support Analyst with minimum 6 to 8 years of IT experience in supporting OSI PI product with Manufacturing based clients
- Prior experience working with tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy / HPSM etc.
- Experience with the installation, configuration and monitoring of OSIsoft PI System servers, interfaces, and user tools
- Experience with OSIsoft PI System tag creation, tag monitoring, and tag maintenance
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues on OSI PI, OSI PI Interfaces, PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, PI Asset Analytics, PI Event Frames, PI Vision, and PI Notifications
- Environment Maintenance:
- Provide configuration, and monitoring support for the PI system servers, the application operating systems, interfaces, and client tools on end user workstations
- Provide support for system security, deployment of patches, file backups, system restoration, and password management
- Perform root cause analysis along with recommending and implementing preventive techniques as required
- Develop and maintain effective application technical support documentation including procedures
- Work directly with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ensure issues are properly documented, classified and escalated as appropriate.
- Experience in product upgrade & lifecycle
- Excellent skills in problem-solving, customer service and vendor coordination
- On-call support and weekend support on rotational basis for critical issues
- Coordinating with offshore resources on daily basis and discuss with the ongoing support issues.
