ABOUT THE JOB

Tepa Companies is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to manage, administer, support, and enhance Cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. In this position, you will apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge, develop innovative solutions to complex problems, as well as work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

• Manage Azure Active Directory and Azure Management Groups
• Support integration of processes for monitoring and ticket escalation, including Tier II and Tier III ticketing
• Utilizes knowledge of basic monitoring toolsets, including Dynatrace or Azure Analytics for operational reports creation to support corporate infrastructure
• Identifies potential issues proactively and execute a plan of action
• Builds a support knowledge base and create artifacts via documents and SOPs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate highly technical scenarios to leadership
• Support operations/business units with technical needs in support of projects
• Other duties as assigned
• Occasional availability for off-hours work as needed (nights and weekends)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering or Computer science or 5+ years of experience relevant experience
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Management Groups
• Experience with troubleshooting Azure Synapse or Azure Data Factory data pipelines
• Experience with assessing and troubleshooting problems from a batch job and process perspective
• Experience with working in production environments
• AWS or MS Azure Certification

Preferred (not required):

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a like role
• Experience with GovCloud
• Experience with supporting Cloud technologies, including Azure or AWS
• Experience with Jira or Service Now
• Experience with Managed Services and Security Accreditation processes
• Experience with third-party tools, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team with a focus on customer support
