Orthodontic Invisalign Assistant

We are looking for a qualified person to help execute our vision of providing a personalized, first-class experienceto the patients of our privately owned and operated start-up orthodontic practice.

We offer Invisalign treatment exclusively-- no braces.

Full-time or part-time is available for this position .

Summary of Role:

Assist with and execute all clinical Invisalign procedures, including, but not limited to:

• Full Invisalign records for consultation patients; iTero scanning; bonding attachments; debonding finished Invisalign cases; patient charting and appointment documentation; in-office Invisalign virtual care monitoring and patient correspondence; intra-oral photography; sterilization of supplies and instruments; onboarding and training other clinical team members; daily promotion of our practice on social media; and consistently recruiting new patients with our employee referral program.
• As our practice is brand new, this role will involve crossover with other administrative roles until more team members are hired. This will include: patient check-in; patient correspondence via phone and email; scheduling appointments; and treatment coordinating (don't worry, we'll train you for this).

Application Requirements:

1) Highly skilled in executing Invisalign treatment procedures (iTero scanning and bonding attachments).

2) Minimum two years experience as an Invisalign clinical assistant.

3) Minimum two years experience as an orthodontic treatment coordinator.

4) Expertise must have been attained working specifically for an orthodontic practice.

5) Fluent in English; Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).

6) Phenomenal interpersonal skills and great with patient relations.
