Job Description
Pay Rate: $20.20 - $23.80 per hour.
Shift: Days
- Provides new Team Members support and is the liaison between the Orientation Partners, Team Members, and Training Partners. This position reports directly to the Talent Scheduler.
- Perform a variety of administrative functions to plan, organize, implement, and accomplish department day-to-day functions and goals, supporting the onboarding of new Team Members.
- Track and monitor orientation checklists for all Team Members.
- Coordinate and schedule orientation, to include ordering and stocking food items, keeping SMEs on schedule, etc.
- Ensure orientation stays on schedule
- Provide Team Members direction to assigned and scheduled floor tours/time
- Maintain accurate records of training for all participants in orientation
- Schedule translation assignments, when applicable.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in an office setting or working in a management support position with customer service and data entry responsibility.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work w/various computer systems.
- Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
