Job description

Summary Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a great attention to detail to join our Disney Lorcana Organized Play (OP) team as well as supporting our Disney Lorcana sales team. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, including Sales, Marketing & Operations, to ensure our Organized Play program is meeting the standards of our internal goals and processes. As a pivotal member, you will be tasked with auditing set launches, event reporting, data mining and enhance the overall communication between our Organized Play retailers and partners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Maintain/Manage Organized Play65%

· Ensure Organized Play (OP) is executed thoroughly for each quarterly set launch

· Review OP applications and approve retailers who meet our criteria and guidelines through external platform (Melee)

· Allocate OP kits between all North American partners quarterly

· Supporting Hobby retailers with programs and actions improving their ability to run a welcoming, engaging, fun and professional sessions leading to Disney Lorcana OP events being the most attended in a hobby store

· Coordinate with operations/logistics on the timing of shipping of OP kits

· Auditing & Enforcing retailers on proof of use of each kit quarterly

· Event reporting as needed

· Main point of contact with external partner Melee and answer any related Melee questions to Hobby retailers

· Manage OP/Sales inbox. Answer questions/concerns in a timely fashion

· Answer voicemails in a timely manner

· Proactive communication with internal and external partners.(Newsletters to trade, CRM, Social Media trade group)

· Being active, visible, welcoming and a relevant source for Hobby retailers to help take their Disney Lorcana business to the next level. This will require occasional virtual & physical store checks

· Share key learnings, insights and best practices with global teams

Sale Admin & Support 35%

· Provide sales analysis of North American market by channel/customer

· Follow up with sales representatives and KAM for required information

· Support sales objectives and provide account reports

· Auditing and enforce retail sales for compliance with Disney Lorcana guidelines

· Provide images, product specifications and availability reports

· Trade and consumer show support (Travel will be required)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of independent Hobby Game market is an asset but not required
  • MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint knowledge is required
  • Strong/Fast and accurate data entry skills is required
  • Analytical experience is required
  • Must be comfortable with working on various software platforms
  • Ability to work under a fast and pressured environment while hitting deadlines and target goals while also maintaining composure in an office environment

Education and Experience Requirements (Minimum):

  • Preferred College or University degree is an asset but not required
  • Strong Customer Service Skill
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Trading Cards/ Board Games/Hobby Games or Collector Products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
