Organizational Change Management Senior Consultant

Crowe is expanding and hiring in the Chicago area. We are seeking an Organizational Change Management Sr. Consultant with three to five years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) consulting experience to join the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Business Unit. The candidate will help clients tackle a wide variety of OCM issues to improve organizational effectiveness and performance through communication, leadership support, stakeholder engagement, team effectiveness, and training efforts. The candidate will also play a key role in standardizing the OCM Methodology and approach across client engagements.
The Work:
  • Address the people issues that arise when an organization tries to implement large scale changes.
  • Facilitate communication to increase awareness and ownership.
  • Identify and promote leadership support.
  • Foster strong and healthy working relationships between project teams, the project sponsor, and stakeholders.
  • Mobilize commitment of stakeholders to implement a change initiative.
  • Proactively identify and address resistance to change.
  • Create a thoughtful training approach to provide opportunities for end users to gain knowledge and skills to succeed in the future state.
  • Contribute to the internal OCM Methodology refinement and standardization across client engagements

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of Organizational Change Management experience
  • Undergraduate degree or graduate degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Change Management consulting experience specifically with ERP Software implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Warehousing, Logistics)
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Experience using OCM frameworks such as PROSCI and/or ADKAR
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • A track record of producing high-quality work products on-time and within budget
  • A track record of successful OCM engagements
  • Experience presenting to large groups of stakeholders and leaders
  • Ability to be flexible and to learn quickly about different client programs
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
  • Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work on a team
  • The applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Competency with Microsoft Teams as a communication tool
  • Solid project planning and management skills
  • Experienced using Project Management tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project
  • Ability to work closely with project manager and other team members to drive project results
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Organizational Change Management Professional Certification (PROSCI, ACMP)
  • Master's degree (preferably in Organizational Behavior/Development, Business, Information Technology, or Public Administration)
