Project Description:
Enterprise-level Oil and Gas Client is preparing to reduce its email management timeframe from indefinite retention to a gradually reducing timescale starting on January 1, 2025. Already employed personnel will be only able to keep the last 7 years of email, and new hires will only be able to retain their emails for 1 year starting at this time. Additionally, personnel will not be able to access their PSTs or add to their PSTs at that time. Every 6 months after that, we will reduce retention by 1 year through to Jan 2028, where everyone will be only able to retain 1 year of email.
Client already identifying/looking for business analysts to work with business users to understand how they use email today and help them rework processes and leverage existing Enterprise-level Oil and Gas Client tools.
From an OCM perspective, we need someone who can work with the above resources and develop communication, messaging, and potential training on how to use email effectively, how to use the newly identified tools, processes, etc. that result from the BA work.
