Description
This is a hybrid role based out of our Minnetonka, MN office.
This role is open to both part-time and full time work. Full-time equates to 40 hours per week. Part-time equates to between 20-30 hours per week.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Ordering Specialist will work with Client Operations Specialists and Operations Management to submit product order data in Amazon Seller Central UI, coordinate Amazon carrier shipments, instruct clients on Amazon policies related to packaging, labelling, BOLs, and transportation, and internal FBA shipment record keeping. The ideal candidate should have experience in either inventory management, warehouse operations, and/or transportation coordination. Above all, this candidate should have strong attention to detail and initiative in completing tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist the Operations Specialist and Vendor Operations Manager in requesting inventory from clients, creating shipments in Seller Central, and coordinating delivery to the Amazon Fulfillment Centers
- Monitor inventory order status for Sellers
- Submit and track cases for missed and late shipments and other issues related to order creation
- Analyze shipment options to find the most cost-effective shipment solutions
- Coordinate shipping issues with vendor warehouses
- Track and trace shipments from creation to delivery
- Ensure shipped product is received and accounted for at fulfillment centers
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiar with truck transportation processes and freight terms
- Familiar with warehousing packing, labeling, and fulfillment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- String sense of initiative
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central a plus

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- H.S. diploma with equivalent experience
- 0-2 years' experience working in inventory management
- Experience in a warehouse and/or transportation operations
- Preferred: experience working in inventory management, warehouse and transportation operations, and data entry
Salary Description
$18 - $22 an hour
