Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Customer Service/Order Processor to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, and also play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer orders using our e-commerce platform and warehouse management system
- Verify the accuracy of orders by checking item codes, quantities, and shipping addresses
- Assist with invoicing, data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records
- Inventory management
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve product issues and concerns
- Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages and filing
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role (3+ years)
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
