Job Title: Order Entry / Order Processing

Summary:

The Order Processor is responsible for entering orders (order data into computer databases). Assisting with general clerical duties as needed, typing, scanning, filing, faxing, making copies, etc. This NOT a "warehouse position"

Responsibilities:

• In office position, M-F
• Entering customer's orders into our systems
• Verify customer and account data you input by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
• Communicate with sales regarding any issues, inventory or price
• Act as the liaison with other departments regarding order status

Requirements:

• 2 years of order processing and/or data entry experience in an office environment
• EDI order processing knowledge a plus, not required
• Stable work history
• Proficient with MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills to work with other internal departments
• Ability to prioritize your workload in a fast-paced office work environment
• Highly organized and fast learner
• Good with numbers and strong attention to detail
