Titan Worldwide is a fast growing 3PL looking for a energetic, detailed oriented Customer service representative to join our team.
Duties will include:
- Clarifies order entry submissions via email, telephone
- Basic order processing abilities - actioning orders, printing labels, creating BOLs, tracking shipments. Sorting labels, filing, scheduling pick-ups.
- Consistently processes orders in an accurate and timely manner, minimizing delays from receipt date to scheduling
- Ensures orders received are proofread for accuracy (quantities, colors, part numbers, ship dates, etc.) after order entry
- Provides the required timely follow-up to order entry submissions when information is pending and is unable to process the specific order
- Generates a variety of operational reports including commissions, order performance, daily totals and order maintenance as required
- Run daily Reports for team review and identify necessary actions to be taken
- Review Order Entry Audit Report and address and document issues accordingly
The ideal candidate will possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1+ years of order entry experience
- Previous manufacturing industry is a huge plus!
- Strong attention to detail, with great research and audit based skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office Suite
