Job Description

Order Processing Specialist

1. Order Processing:

a. Processing of daily sales orders, ensuring adherence to established product allocation

policies and procedures.

b. Generatng packing slips, shipping labels, and providing accurate and detailed order

fulfilment information to support team for invoice billing purpose.

2. Inventory Allocation:

a. Analyze inventory status and allocation inventory to meet order demands, collaborating

with purchasing team for replenishment and stock availability.

b. Prioritize orders based on customer needs, product availability, and any urgent requests,

ensuring high-priority orders are fulfilled promptly.

3. Communications: Timely report any order fulfillment issues and discrepancies to the

Logistics Manager, providing detailed information, analysis, and recommendations to

facilitate swift resolution.

4. Shipping Coordination: Plan, route, and coordinate shipments, select carriers, and

ensure on-time deliveries, optimizing shipping costs when possible.

5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and related

documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
