Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Order Fulfillment Associate. This person will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order processing, inventory management, and some general stockroom duties. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently, accurately and possess excellent organizational skills.

Position Status
Part-time (estimated 10-15 hrs. per week with the potential for more as we continue to grow and if interested in restocking), typically scheduled from 10 am to 3 pm Monday-Friday, no weekends.
Location
Onsite at our Layton, UT office.
Qualifications
● Previous experience in Order Fulfillment is preferred.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management and shipping software.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying packages up to 25 pounds.
● Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
● Knowledge or passion for dogs is a plus.
Responsibilities
Review Orders and Organize: Review orders that need to be packed up and classify them as a new customer, repeat customer and/or a subscriber. Each label will determine a unique way to package up the product.
Pulling and Packing Orders: Accurately retrieve products and package up in the most efficient way to reduce packaging costs. Securely package orders with all the necessary items to reduce the likelihood of damage during transit.
Monitor Inventory: Inspect products as you are packaging up for quality. Make note of low inventory levels and notify the manager when restocking will be needed. If looking for more hours, restocking duties can be added to the job requirements.
Staging Product for Pickups: Prepare products for pickups by assembling and organizing orders in designated staging areas. Communicate with our local Post Office point person to coordinate pick up times. Some days this will require you to stay around until the pick-up is made or you may need to take packages to the local post office using your own vehicle.

Pay: $18-20 per hour, based on experience.
