MIT45, a leading manufacturer of natural Kratom extract products, is seeking a passionate and talented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. All of our products are GMP compliant and meet the MIT45 Gold Seal of Approval, which is far more stringent than the industry requirements- all of which rely on equipment that must be maintained at the highest level of quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and fulfilling requested orders in a timely fashion, helping to maintain warehouse inventory, and ensuring excellence to provide an impeccable customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Collecting products based on orders, using item numbers, bin locations, and quantities.
- Moving inventory throughout the workspace using various machinery and equipment.
- Assembling, labelling, and packaging orders for shipping or customer pickup.
- Printing online orders as needed.
- Completing order and shipping documentation accurately.
- Stocking inventory.
- Completing cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality.
- Ability to manage your time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors.
- Basic computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping manifests.
- Ability to work safely within a warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow existing company policies and procedures.
- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
- A positive attitude and an enthusiasm for teamwork/collaboration.
- Self-motivated, with the drive to meet the highest standards of excellence.

Physical Requirements
The employee is often required to stand or sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced. Employee may be required to lift 10-50 lbs, at times. The work environment can be humid and warm depending on equipment being used for the day.
