SalaryJoin the dynamic team as an Order Filler and play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. As an Order Filler, you will be responsible for selecting and packing products with precision, contributing to the overall success of our logistics and fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities:
- Order Picking:Utilize picking lists or RF devices to accurately select products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
Ensure that the correct quantity and quality of items are picked for each order.
- Packing and Sorting:Pack selected items securely, following company packaging standards.
Sort and organize orders for timely shipment, collaborating with other team members as needed.
- Quality Control:Conduct visual inspections of products to identify and report any defects or discrepancies.
Work closely with supervisors to maintain high-quality standards in order fulfillment.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
- Inventory Management:Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by updating stock levels as items are selected.
Participate in regular stock counts and audits as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Filler or in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
