Order Filler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as an Order Filler. Responsibilities:

• Picking and Packing: Accurately and efficiently pick products from shelves based on customer orders. Pack items securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Order Verification: Confirm the accuracy of picked items by cross-referencing with order forms or electronic systems. Identify and rectify any discrepancies promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards before packaging and shipping. Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized and orderly inventory shelves. Communicate with the inventory team to restock products as needed.
• Timely Processing: Work within established timelines to meet daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfillment goals. Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize urgent orders.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor belts. Report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including warehouse staff, supervisors, and shipping personnel, to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order filling, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.71 - $24.73 per hour
