Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will be the primary point of contact for our customers.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry into our FISHBOWL computerized system
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in FISHBOWL DATA ENTRY SOFTWARE
- Familiarity with computerized systems for order entry and tracking
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 4:30pm
