Order Entry Representative

Job Summary:

The Order Entry Customer Service Representative will be the facilitator and first point of contact for customers. This position requires someone who is professional, has a positive attitude, has good computer skills (Excel), can prioritize and multitask.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manufacturing customer service experience a plus.

· Receive, process and enter orders into the system.

· Support the sales team in all aspects of customer service.

· Excellent customer service skills and passionate about taking care of the customer.

· Communicate with customers through email and phone communication.

· Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be detail-oriented and eager to learn new tasks.

· Must stay organized and have the ability to prioritize.

· Must be dependable, this is a small department.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in JDE & Excel.
• Must have strong computer skills and be advanced working with Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Communicate a positive, energetic, company-centric attitude at all times.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-Starter.
• Ability to identify trends, opportunities, and roadblocks that may present problems.
• Ability to lead and motivate individuals to achieve specific goals
• Desire to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Decision making
• Being able to adapt with a high stress tolerance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions required for this position.
• In-office position at our at our Moncks Corner location. Not remote.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Required to work in an office setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.01 - $21.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
