SalaryA multi-doctor, multi-office Oral Surgery practice is seeking a dependable, highly motivated individual to join our practice. Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be a team player and be able to work in a busy environment. Prior experience in a dental office is preferred. Working knowledge of dental and medical insurances required. Proficiency in dental practice management software (WinOMS) is helpful. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Checking patients in and checking patients out
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance benefits to determine the patient’s responsibility
- Preparing patient records for the doctor and clinical staff
- Collecting and posting payments
- Composing treatment plans for patients and discussing financial responsibility with them.
- Confirming appointments
- Submitting dental predeterminations
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Working an occasional Saturday morning is required. Flexibility to work in any of our locations is required.
