You Are:
A data, analytics and ETL maven with the skills to migrate large scale data sets from one ERP/CIS platform to another. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and writing ETLs. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
  • Work with functional teams for mapping data from disparate systems into Oracle data model.
  • Lead a team of developers responsible for writing ETLs and loading data into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP-Finance/Customer Cloud Service (CCS)/Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS)/Oracle Field Service (OFS) data models.
  • Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production data conversion and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.
  • Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What You Need:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration, Data Conversion, ETLs.
  • A minimum of implementing one complex E2E program including Oracle Platform (ERP/CCS/WACS/OFS).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Bonus Points If:
  • Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Domain experience in Electric/Gas Utilities.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
