Oracle HCM Test Analyst/Project Coordinator - 6-8 mo Contract - REMOTEOur client is in the midst of a global transition to Oracle Cloud HCM, with multiple concurrent projects in flight. This is a tremendous team, very collaborative, fun group.
This is a 6-8 month contract, remote (possibility of 1 or 2 trips), and will be a hybrid role with responsibilities falling into 3 buckets:
Project Coordination:

• Coordinating and scheduling project team meetings
• Tracking and following up on deliverables across diverse teams
• Updating RAID logs, etc

Hands-on Test:

• Provide hands-on testing support for a variety of HCM projects, e.g. 3rd party integration testing, Oracle HCM functional module test, etc
• Document/track testing project events

Project Management:

• Light PM responsibilities, e.g. taking lead on testing projects
• Presenting to team members and executive leadership

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work within a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
• Oracle HCM project experience
• Functional testing experience
• Project Coordination/Project Management experience
