As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms team, you will utilize innovative engineering practices to solve business problems, with a focus on managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle using Oracle Human Capital Manager. Job Responsibilities
- Maintain business processes (e.g. configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.).
- Complete functional testing of the enhancements (reducing / minimizing defects).
- Meet design deliverables and deadlines, consistent follow through and working independently.
- Review Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis.
- Ensure security and release process are followed, reduce risk.
- Cultivate a motivated, organized, and collaborative team.
- Implement agility practices and methodology.
- Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner.
- Provide design recommendations and engage throughout the product lifecycle driving towards a better employee experience.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Formal training or certification on Oracle HCM concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Advanced experience within Oracle HCM with CoreHR, ORC, Oracle digital assistance.
- Currently has relevant Oracle Certification and/or will obtain the certification within 12 months of hire.
- Work with Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL.
- Strong leadership and people manager skills.
- Ability to maintain system training and knowledge to ensure design is optimal, holistic, and thorough.
- Identify and apply lessons learned and acquired knowledge to limit PROD defects.
- Actively manages Service Requests.
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- 5+ years of experience within Oracle Human Capital Management - ORC / Onboarding.
- Experience with redwood design and Oracle visual builder studio.
