Quadrint is seeking an Oracle HCMIntegration Developer / Cloud SaaS Technical Developer. This position is remote with one week of travel per month.
The Oracle HCMIntegration Developer / Cloud SaaS Technical Developer will be a key member of the team implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, with a specific focus on integrations using Oracle supported tools. This individual is responsible for providing expert guidance on Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) functionality, best practices, and solutions. The Technical Developer / HCM Integration Developer will assist in the migration from Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 (PS) to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (Oracle HCM).
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, and design effective and efficient solutions leveraging Oracle HCM capabilities.
- Analyze, design software or enhancements, taking into consideration existing software capabilities.
- Serve as the go-to expert for Oracle HCM functionality, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and other modules.
- Implement Oracle HCM with minimum customizations.
- Build (code, debug, test, and modify), deploy, document, and maintain interfaces within the Oracle HCM platform.
- Build system and data security based on roles and organizations.
- Automate manual processes and standardizing HR business processes across LLNS.
- Stay abreast of the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates and features, providing insights into how they can benefit LLNL.
- Collaborate across the team to gather, analyze, and understand the human capital management requirements.
- Provide recommendations on best practices and innovative approaches to meet objectives.
Ability to access a system for which federal law requires U.S. Citizenship is required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience as an Oracle HCM Developer, with a focus on integrating, configuring, and optimizing Performance Management, Compensation Management, and Core HR.
- Demonstrated experience supporting development of conversion requirements documents, working with the Technical Analyst and Technical Lead as needed.
- Demonstrated experience supporting development of in scope integrations using Oracle supported tools.
- Demonstrated experience supporting unit testing integrations and System Integration Testing.
- Demonstrated experience deploying conversions and integrations and assisting with post go-live issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to create technical design and solutioning for complex HCM integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Oracle HCM components and other systems.
- Demonstrated experience supporting unit testing integrations and System Integration Testing.
- Demonstrated experience deploying conversions and integrations and assist with post go-live issue resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of HR business processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant Oracle certifications.
