Form of work This is a hybrid position and will need to be onsite 2-3 days a week.

Statement of Work:
The contractor will be modernizing the financial business processes for USAC, to include Implementing Oracle EBS. There are two workstreams - one for the Federal Universal Service Fund and one for the commercial USAC entity. The work includes Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare.
Task Description:
This request is to support Release 1 deployment.
Works on client's key operations and business solutions. Analyzes, designs, and develops client's information systems and program specifications; involved in creation of specification/requirements, and maintenance/ design/build /test phases of systems and applications. May also be asked to provide technical support and analysis of infrastructure projects and production environment; develop upgrade/improvement recommendation; monitor, plan, and measure impact of new products and services.
Codes, test and debugs applications and programs. May participate in the application design of systems, including use of analytical techniques. Develops program specifications and detail design documents. Assists in testing, training, and preparation of operations. Works on systems business intelligence or decision support systems supporting client's's key operations. Roles may include: System Analyst, Programmer, Developer, Designer, Tester.
Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts. Working under only general direction; provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience, bachelor's degree.
Required skills/Level of Experience:
Experience implementing OIC, 5 years demonstrated hands on experience building complex integrations using OIC Gen2 or Gen 3. OIC OCP or Associate certification is a plus, but hands on experience is the more important attribute. Strong knowledge on Oracle Database from a developer perspective is also required - to develop complex queries and handle other CRUD operations. Solid experience with REST and SOAP web services is also needed.
Experience with implementing Oracle EBS on OCI through the project lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment, and sustainment).

- Vertica experience - hands on experience developing end user views from columnar data sets to allow 3rd party query tools to fetch data from Vertica by running standard relational SQL queries. Develop raw data stores in Vertica for data ingestion purposes.
- ODI experience - Hands on experience developing ELT data streams on ODI classic.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certification.
- Experience with AGILE development and SCRUM methodologies.
- Expert knowledge in Oracle Database architecture and management.
