Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite - Hybrid)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant with over 12 years of hands-on expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical capabilities, specializing in Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, Expenses, Procurement, and Inventory modules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert techno-functional support in Oracle Fusion Financials, covering key modules and ensuring seamless business flows.
• Utilize analytical and debugging skills to resolve complex issues, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborate closely with customers in a managed services environment, offering direct interactions and effective communication.
• Manage team coordination and offshore activities, ensuring efficient project delivery.

Requirements: Experience:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Proven expertise as a Techno-Functional Consultant, balancing 40% functional and 60% technical responsibilities.

Functional Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of financial business flows and processes.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficient in SQL and PLSQL for database operations.
• Familiarity with HDL (HCM Data Loader), Extract, BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), Conversion, Security, Approvals, Integrations, JCS (Java Cloud Service), and Web Services.

Communication Skills:

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in team management and offshore coordination.
