We are currently seeking a Oracle EBS Technical Manager - REMOTE with ONSITE Travel to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
Day to Day Responsibilities: Lead discovery discussions with business for new initiatives. Lead Oracle SME and Architects to successfully deliver projects. Collaborate with customer to manage timeline and discovery activities.
Prepare project execution plans and schedule working with various stakeholders. Track project performance, changes and issues. Manage the project risks, issues, decisions & assumptions.
Establish project communication plan and cadence. Co-ordinate with multiple functional and business teams and align them to project objectives. Manage the project resources onboarding, offboarding and allocation.
Prepare project toll gate schedule and provide status updates. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of technical experience in Oracle EBS 6+ years Oracle EBS Implementation/Rollout project execution experience, managing Oracle EBS implementations/rollouts and assessments. 6+ Years domain expertise in Oracle EBS Financials Modules, EBS Financial transformation initiatives, architecture and business processes 6+ Years cxperience with creating ERP strategy and roadmap.
MUST TRAVEL and/ or be onsite 1 week per month in Atlanta, GA Other Preferred Skills: Manage the functional SME and review the assessment output. Very good analytical and communication skills Experience with complex EBS eco system Review deliverables and present the deliverables to various stakeholders. Managing EBS assessment projects.
Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed. Managing stakeholders and project teams. Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $105,200 - 243,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
