In this role, you will provide domain, functional, and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement HR solutions on Oracle Cloud HCM Core HRand Learning modules.

• Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Core HR and Learning solutions;
• Configure and implement Oracle Core HR and Learning modules based on client requirements;
• Work with the client to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met;
• Participate in all stages of the project life cycle from design to testing and deployment;
• Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices to improve operational efficiency and the profitability of clients’ business;
• Document and perform application setups in test and production instances;
• Thoroughly review application setup and configuration with the appropriate client lead to obtain sign off;
• Raise issues as they arise and resolve them in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the project schedule;
• Work with the respective client functional lead to ensure knowledge transfer;
• Support the client functional lead throughout system testing;
• Provide guidance to the client functional lead in the preparation of training materials and class agendas.

Does this sound like you?

• BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a directly related field;

• Three to ten years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM;

• Four years of related technical, business or project experience;

• Successful experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Core HR and Learning consultant on at least two full-cycle implementations;

• Experience:

  • with the business processes in HR modules including Core HR, Learning, Guided Learning, Recruitment and Talent Management;

  • experience as a lead or proficiency in three or more application modules;

  • contributing to presale efforts as required.

  • resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project management as appropriate;

  • identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during bid development and project execution;

  • produce deliverables effectively;

  • coach and develop fellow project team members;

  • successfully manage relationships with clients and colleagues.
