In medical practice since 1919, Wolfe Eye Clinic is the largest physician owned and managed multi-subspecialty medical and surgical eye care provider in Iowa. Our multi-office network of MD’s and OD’s provide high quality, patient-centered care, to the residents of Iowa.
We have immediate openings throughout Iowa for full or part-time Optometrists to join our organization. With a strong family eye care foundation, these well-established locations provide excellent opportunities!
We are seeking Optometrists who are people-oriented high energy individuals with a passion for customer service. Someone who combines exceptional work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a deep technical understanding of optometry. Our optometrists enjoy the opportunity of providing broad spectrum primary eye care, including routine pediatric and adult eye exams, the treatment of acute and chronic eye disease, co-management of cataract and other surgery patients, as well as contact lens services. On-site equipment includes an OCT, Visual Field Unit and Auto-Refractor, as well as optical for glasses dispensing. With a diverse patient base and large manufacturing and agricultural radius, our Family Vision Centers are leading eye care providers for many rural area communities.
Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited training program, have the ability to be licensed in the state of Iowa and be able to examine patients of all ages who have a full range of visual problems.
