The receptionist will be responsible for checking patients in, informing doctors of new patients, taking messages and assisting with patient scheduling. Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and support doctors and patients.
- Greet patients and families entering the building and assist them with scheduling.
- Answer phones and forward calls to physicians' offices.
- Keep waiting areas clean and stocked with needed materials.
- File insurance claims with insurance companies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
