Job Summary:
MUST HAVE PRIOR FLOOR TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
Shift:Monday- Friday 4pm-12:30 - 15/hr
Location: 79706
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet, and brick flooring
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner
- Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure
- Leverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate
- Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs "wet floor"
- Ability to work without normal supervision
- Reports safety hazards when identified
- Safely drive a company vehicle
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work assigned hours
- Have a Driver's license with a good to excellent driving record
