List of Responsibilities/Duties:
- Performs selected eye care, specific work-up protocol as designed by physician - including assigned measurements of visual disabilities. Also performs refraction, retinoscopy, photography and other tests as needed.
- Efficiently and accurately interviews patients and documents histories.
- Prepares exam room with necessary instruments & maintains instruments/necessary supplies.
- Communicates with patients regarding follow up care, surgeries, procedures, changes in schedule, symptoms, etc.
- Maintains patient files, records (EHR ) & HIPAA requirements.
- Excellent typing, grammar skills and computer experience.
- Other duties as assigned

Hours are Monday through Thursday until 5 & Fridays until 1.
