SalaryView Optical is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Person. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, sales experience, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! We are offering immediate hiring for the right candidate and are willing to provide training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing eyewear products
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Utilize your sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets
- Learn and operate visual testing instrumentation
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
- Perform general office duties such as filing, organization, and time management
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and fast learner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Some experience with medical office assisting (preferred)
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret relevant information
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Benefits and Compensation:
- Base pay of $17/hr to $18/hr ($19/hr to $30/hr for licensed opticians)
- Commission on each pair of glasses sold (no commission on contacts)
- Health benefits available after 90 days
- Sick and vacation days after one year (3 days each)
