Schedule: Work either Monday or Tuesday and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30am - 5pm
Job Summary:
Proficiently perform all practical aspects of dispensing eyewear and contacts, while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities may include product ordering and inventory, processing insurance eligibility and orders, as well as other operational and administrative functions. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of related experience is preferred. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
LICENSURE:
American Board of Opticianry Certification preferred. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
Must have excellent customer service skills; Strong cash handling ability; effective verbal and written communication skills; fundamental computer skills; basic math knowledge; ability to work effectively with others and possess strong problem-solving skills.
