Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical coding is an asset
- Experience in senior care or ophthalmology is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Proficient in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Knowledge of medical records management is a plus
- Strong understanding of customer service principles

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
