We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized individual able to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service. Team member is responsible for selection, fitting, measuring and adjusting eyewear in a pleasant and congenial manner as well as meeting with frame representatives to determine the current stylish fashions. Associate would make appropriate recommendations for particular lens styles and treatments to most effectively utilize purchased eyewear in the patients work and social environments as well as educate patients on their insurance coverage and options available. Team member would verify incoming orders for accuracy and process payment transactions and post to accounts. Furthermore, the associate would have proficient computer skills, a great attention to detail as well as a strong understanding of popular managed care plans. Most importantly, all this while maintaining a friendly, outgoing personality that thoroughly enjoys personal interactions with clientele while making the patients experience with the practice a memorable one. High School diploma or equivalent education with previous optical experience.
NO WEEKEND OR NIGHT HOURS AND OFFICE IS OPEN HALF DAY ON FRIDAYS
Must be proficient with automated lensometers, pupillometers and optical tools as well as adjustments and repairs on spectacles
