Operator-Skids & Jigs

This positions is responsible for handling and processing metals, using tools and gauges, mastering welding technologies, reading drawings and paint schedules.

Major Responsibilities
• Doing set ups independently according to the paint schedule
• Repairing enameling holders and paint skids
• Sorting by degree of pollution of the enameling holders
• Cleaning and changing enameling holders based on instructions
• Redevelopment of enameling holders with the craftsman of robot technology
• Storage of enameling holders
• Checking enameling holders according to the guidelines and with gauges
• Doing work tasks of the time representative

Knowledge and Education
Strong background in TIG, MIG and stick welding (Certification preferred)
Brazing and soldering
Proficiency in skid workshop processes

Work Experience
Experience with handling and processing metals, using tools and gauges, reading drawings and paint schedules
Experience operating power tools; drills, buffers, cutters, benders, and rollers
