This position's shift works 5 PM- 5 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule. Operators start at $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.60 shift differential. Operators are eligible for quarterly bonuses, as well!
$1,000 dollar sign on bonus available after 6 months of employment!!

Feed Energy Company is an agribusiness firm primarily engaged in producing a high-energy, liquid feed ingredient. The company produces and distributes throughout the Midwest scientifically balanced ingredients specific to customers’ needs. For more than 35 years, turkey, poultry, swine and other livestock producers have relied on Feed Energy for blending animal and vegetable oils to specific caloric content.
As an Operator, you will be responsible for:
1. Loading/unloading tankers using pumps/hoses and other industrial equipment.
2. Processing our liquid feed ingredients for our customers located in the Midwest.
3. Completing required paperwork/tracking systems
4. Interacting positively with drivers and other customers
5. Trouble-shooting operational and equipment issues
6. Driving the yard truck with 45' trailer (training provided)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate computer systems including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, PIMS, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic mathematical calculations
