We are currently seeking a full-time Operator II to join our team in our manufacturing facility
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Responsible for the set up and staging of materials for machine operation.
- Responsible for the operation of equipment within company established rates.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
- Responsible for moving materials throughout the plant and staging production areas.
- Perform all job duties in accordance with the company’s safety and quality guidelines.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and system transactions.
- Properly use all personal protective gear per company guidelines.
- Assure timely cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and assure absence of down time.
- Dispose of trash and cleans work area thoroughly.
- Remove any unused product, boxes and utensils and assure clear and clean work area.
- Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.
- Participation on factory teams.
Qualifications
- Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs
- Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office Software
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.
- Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold)
- Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills
- Three months Nestlé factory experience is preferred.
