Operator 3, Bakery-Line

Responsibilities:

• Operation of high-speed continuous donut/bread/pastry production line
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring the line equipment
• Liaise with appropriate staff throughout the shift to ensure continuous process and quality standards
• Keeping a working stock of raw materials required online at all times
• Operate and monitor machinery that palletizes finished products as required
• Data entry of inventory data into the warehouse management system as required
• Operate forklift and manual lifting as required
• Maintain the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma / G.E.D is required
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment is preferred
• Previous line experience in the food industry is preferred
• Clear criminal background check (or has received a pardon)
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude
• Likes to assume a variety of responsibilities in team team-based production environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven communication skills both Written and Verbal (English)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a solid team environment
• Schedule subject to change under management discretion

Shift: 1st 

M-W: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

Th: 6:00 am - 10:00 am
