Support Production Supervisors with all administrative work that includes Planning and keeping production records properly archive, in compliance with Aspire Bakeries policies and BRC standards, support each supervisor in everything related to production supplies and compiles records, as well as participate and provide training documents during audits. Support each supervisor on a daily basis to follow up on employees’ concerns related with Dayforce. Work in conjunction with the Quality and Control team and the Operations Sr. Manager to maintain Product Specification updated and available for production processes. Compiles and records production data to prepare records and reports on production volumes, waste, quality control, and other aspects of production by performing the following duties.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Places orders for production supplies and controls the production budget for supplies.
  • Ability to connect and work with Supervisors and develop Production Procedures, Cleaning procedure, and one Point Lesson (OPL) and work with Supervisor to coordinate the training when required.
  • Follow up with employees on a daily basis or as needed regarding concerns related with Dayforce & conduct 1-1 training as needed.
  • Follow up on work notifications, work with maintenance supervisor and maintain supervisors updated.
  • Collects production data to generate main KPI reports (Schedule Adherence, Waste and Mechanical downtime) as requested on a timely manner.
  • Supports attendance tracking and follow up with Supervisors.
  • Works with FSQ team to maintain product’s visual Aid Guides updated and available for production.
  • Updates on a weekly basis the PTO and Comp Days Calendar for supervisors.
  • Ensures that all information received is accurate and filled completely as required by company policy and BRC Standards. Also follows up on missing information with Supervisor.
  • Controls the supply cage and ensures that all production supplies needed are available
  • Supports supervisors on generating and posting weekly labor schedules.
  • Supports change management process for new products, processes, projects or programs planned by leadership team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma  or GED and two-years’ experience Bakery Process.
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. 
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word software; Spreadsheet software and Manufacturing software.
  • Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish preferable.
