```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Assist with document preparation and organization
- Conduct proofreading and editing of various documents for accuracy and clarity
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Type correspondence, reports, and other materials as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Help with Stocking and unloading of shipments
- Must be able to carry 50 pounds
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
