The Dentist Entrepreneur Organization is looking for a collaborative and organized Operations Technology Coordinator with high emotional intelligence to lead the charge in supporting the Director of Member Success and the entire Member Success team. The primary purpose of this role is to own the program support tasks that enable our programs to deliver the most value to our members along with developing cross-program collaboration, and ultimately drive retention and growth.
This is a full-time position 35-40 hours per week. The compensation range for this position is $30-$35 per hour, with a generous incentive program, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan, company-paid short and long-term disability coverage, and paid time off. Role
As the Operations Technology Coordinator, the major components to the role are to:
- Own internal and external program communication: which will be a joint collaboration with the Director of Member Success. This will include Facebook community management and Infusionsoft email announcements
- Support the Director of Member Success: managing multiple ongoing projects, member check-ins, scheduling, and calendar management to prioritize work that keeps pace with Quarterly and Yearly Goals
- Own administrative processes: including creative projects surrounding content planning, content delivery, and general program improvement as designated by the Director of Member Success
- Innovate efficiency through technology and be capable of learning multiple softwares and applications like WordPress, Infusionsoft, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Member Success with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage department calendars and tools
- Build systems and run projects in software such as Asana
- Build and manage member profiles in WordPress based member portal
- Quickly learn and utilize softwares, automation tools, and other technology (Airtable, Zapier, Infusionsoft, Zendesk, JustCall, etc.)
- Assist in creation of CRM campaigns (Infusionsoft)
- Work with team to execute Programs vision to move towards long-term outcomes
- Set up reporting systems, run reports, ensuring data is reported timely and accurately
- Troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise
- Assist in Member Success communication channels (Facebook Groups, emails, texts, etc.)
Results
- Increase capacity for Director of Member Success to drive growth and optimize program delivery
- Increase overall value delivered to clients - resulting in increased renewals and lower churn
- Improve program documentation and playbook organization
- New and recurring projects launched quickly and completed on time
- Efficiencies built and time saved for team members

- General proficiency with applications and softwares and the propensity to learn them
- Creative and copywriting - able to write an occasional headline or make a quick graphic in Canva, and do simple edits to videos
- Manage wide variety of projects and tasks aimed at expanding educational programs
- Ability to learn and/or experience with Project Management Software: Asana, Airtable, etc.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
- Some experience with the backend of websites (WordPress, Memberium)
