Minimum Requirements:
Operations Technician Senior (SG5)
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 4 years technical or relevant work experience is required.
Operations Technician Principal (SG6):
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 7 years technical or relevant work experience is required.

Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Work to gain expert knowledge and understanding of various telecommunications and IT systems, related equipment, and business processes.
- Provide cross-training to others when required or as needed. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. .
- Understand business unit and customer requirements and can effectively communicate and support stakeholders.
- Assist in adjusting resource demands as required.
- Able to multi-task, manage network outages and triage events
- This is a full onsite position. Candidates can be asked to work shifts including nights, weekends & holidays. Primary location is in Gahanna.
