We're offering an exciting opportunity here at SanTan Brewing Company, where innovation meets tradition. SanTan specializes in creating unique and flavorful craft beers and spirits, catering to the diverse tastes of our customers. As we continue to expand our operations, we’re seeking dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. With that SanTan is seeking Team Members to contribute to our growth as the largest craft brewery and spirits manufacturer in Arizona.
Our ideal candidates possess the following qualities:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate production line equipment
- Proficiency in setting up for production startup
- Aptitude for troubleshooting equipment
- Capability to complete reports and records accurately and in a timely manner
- Willingness to follow verbal and written instructions from management
- Commitment to meeting or exceeding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and standards
Additional requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Basic reading, writing, and task-performing skills
- Thrives in a team environment
- Works consistently at a steady pace
- Detail-oriented
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the Beverage/Packaging industry
- 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Food GMPs
