Operations Support Specialist

Opportunity for an Operations Support Specialist!

• Work Flow and Process Creation Experience.
• Background in setting up SOP's.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or SmartSheet would be preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Storytelling - ability to take a complex task and create a process flow that is easy to understand and follow.
• Highly organized and a quick learner, ability to problem solve.
• Background in hospitality and project management preferred.
• Bachelor degree required.

Hybrid, long term contract, working onsite 2-3 days per week.

Hourly pay DOE - $48 to $52/hr.
