Operations Support Specialist

• Receptionist duties to include but not limited to; answering phones, greeting guests, ordering office supplies & safety equipment directly through the suppliers, order uniforms, make visitor badges, maintaining common areas.
• Managing inventory cycle sheets, updating locations for inventory, printing out inventory logs for customers, check cycle in Datacor.
• Administrative tasks to include but not limited to; schedule conference calls and meetings, maintain conference calendar, managing birthday calendar, assist safety committee, ordering gifts for customers during holidays, maintain employee plaques, update holiday spreadsheet, maintain IT log, log all Altom invoices on spreadsheet.
• Assist with end of year ISO audit, maintain document control, assist with NCR/CAR reminders.
• HR duties to include; assisting with hiring, open new jobs with agencies, schedule interviews, put new hire packets together, schedule drug/fit test for new hours, communicate with staffing agencies, issue all new hire paperwork, assist with employee benefits enrollment.
• Other assigned tasks as needed.

• Must have  3+ years heavy Administrative experience.
• HR experience a PLUS!
• Chemical Industry experience preferred!

• M-F 8AM-5PM.
