The selected candidates will perform various security officer duties as outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders.
These duties may include:
- Oversee and approve employee time entries to ensure accuracy and adherence to established work schedules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive vendor profiles, including contact information and services provided
- Regularly monitor time and attendance systems to track employee clock-ins and ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate records of employee call-offs and communicate relevant information to the scheduling team
- Implement strategies to minimize the impact of unexpected absences on operations
- Take an active role in managing employee clock-ins and outs, especially during peak operational periods or staff shortages
- Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with lunch break policies
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Conduct site inspections as required to assess operational effectiveness and address any site-specific issues.
- Keep a vigilant eye on missed tours and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality
- Create and dispatch alarms as necessary, ensuring timely response and resolution
- Collaborate with security and response teams to enhance alarm monitoring processes
- Personally respond to alarms and incidents, demonstrating effective crisis management skills
- Take proactive measures to locate replacement staff in cases of no call, no show incident
- Document and address NCNS occurrences according to company policies
- Generate and manage device codes for operational equipment, ensuring proper tracking and utilization
- Provide support and guidance to staff members in navigating time and attendance systems in TrackTik.
- Proactively address operational issues with a focus on resolution at the lowest possible escalation level
- Establish a protocol for periodic well-being checks, contacting on-site staff to ensure their safety and address any immediate needs
