What your title will be:
Operations Supervisor
Here are some things you'll be doing:
- Lead your production team to its full potential
- Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse, including machine production
- Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time
- Drive and lead events such as: LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events
- Wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)

Here's what we require of you:
- 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience!
- Strong and proven leadership, coaching and communication skills!
- Pass a drug test and background check!
- Be motivated and energetic!
- Have a great work ethic! We'll teach you the rest!
